Shake hands with Royalty - Ticked
Well, that was my little bit of entertainment for today - Attending the Cambridge Commonwealth Trust reception as an "Honorary" scholar and meeting Prince Charles, HRH, The Prince of Wales. Although we didn't actually get much further than "Hi" and a handshake. Still it's something worth noting. :) And also, i have to mention that Royalty = arriving in style too, such a helicopter landing in the middle of trinity's fellows' garden... [ps. Gabriel, send me a photo! ;p]
Back to swotting now. First paper tomorrow...........

nooo wayyyy.....you did?! *hyperventilates* and then after that you just went back to studying...sounds nothing compared to your camera arriving or taking photos of those ducks.
or maybe, the experience has numbed you, or maybe the experience speaks for itself therefore a short and dignified post will suffice?......

oh yeah.. now that you said that, i think i was actually a lot more excited about my new camera... hehe... but i guess it was mainly because i'm not a huge fan of royalty anyway, so i guess i wasn't all that excited.. :)

yeah well.. i wish they gave me some money too...
my first paper? it was alright i guess.. not fantastic... then again, i doubt any of my papers will be fantastic... i'm serious stressed and rather scared... it's been such a long time this feeling is novel... but well... i have to pull through... 5 more papers in 5 days! go Kenny! :)
